Supra-municipal planning master plan

Some decisions do not fit within a single municipal boundary: an infrastructure corridor, a supra-municipal economic activity area or a strategic development. The supra-municipal master plan is the instrument that sets the framework above each municipality's own plan.

How we work

The critical part is reaching agreement with the councils beforehand; we invest time in that before drafting. Article 56 of the Catalan planning act.
