What's included

• Basic and detailed design of the facility and its installations.
• Integrated environmental permit or environmental licence, and impact assessment where applicable.
• Planning compatibility reports and building and activity licences.
• Fire protection, industrial risk and all remaining sector permits.
• Legalisation of installations and commissioning documentation.
• Coordination with auma Engineering during construction and commissioning.

• You have a committed production start date and permitting is on the critical path.
• The development requires parallel processes before different authorities.
• You want single-point accountability instead of coordinating four suppliers.
• An earlier file has stalled and has to be picked up with judgement.

How we work

A package price, a committed deadline and a project manager empowered to decide. We run the processes in parallel rather than in series, which is normally what wins months. The price is for the package and replaces contracting the individual service lines.
